Yes sir, a job well done

I think the guy below has some wack OCD, his criticism holds no water.

This has some real nice colouring, a balanced mix of soft and hardas well as a professionally restricted colour palette. The lighting is perfect for my standards, it's necessary for the dude to be visible. One fat problem is that the dude has a big head which throw proportions out, making his hands and torso undersized. Unless I'm really comfortable, I put a reference pic right beside my dude. Do that! Also, the less detail (wrinkles) you can get away with in the hands, the better they look. Unless you want old-man hands. As for the dragon, it's kind of a shame the wing tears are so pixely, it'd look much nicer if you smoothed the eraser marks. There, some constructive criticism. Well done.

Thanks for the review guys. It's nice getting mixed comments. I tried different things in this pic and as a result. This took way longer than it should have. I have things I like such as the fire coming out of the chest and the blue highlights on the dragon and the clothes, and of course things I hate looking at like the wings. Hopefully I can learn a few things from this pic and work on improving my work.

Action!

Action is more apparent in this panel! It also helps when the bad bird narrates "I got hit from behind, missile lock, firing flares!" (that would be sweet, add missiles). Thanks for making new comics everyday, my allegiance is yours!

Thanks for reading and a bigger thanks for commenting~ ^-^

:D

Like some really good art pieces, it took me a while to figure out what was going on, what was man and what was monster. But now that it's clear the image is quite striking. Because I had to search for meaning it gave the piece life. Solid.

phat

wow dude, I feel the same sometimes, not suicidal, but at peace and content. Like if I ceased to exist it'd be chill. It's not true, but it's a legit feeling. Far out style man.

NICE!

Sweet style! I don't share that guy's view below. Maybe a thermometer. Anyway, The lines on the sword could use straightening obviously, the wrinkles look niiiice, the boots have got it going on, and what with her hips man? Overall it's a flat pose, widen that stance, except those hips... they just... something. Oh, and the two light sources are always a good choice. Also no proportion complaints.

Alef321 responds:

sword looks all fudgy but thats expected from straight lines and circles when it comes to my drawing skills ,and danmm it waas fun doing all those soft shadows and stuff, Multiple light sources FTW
